The Seminar: Explore the creative possibilities offered by the mating of your photography and the iPad. 

Our two-part seminar will see us at the Getty Museum on Saturday aftrnoon, where we will make some photogrpahs, and at instructor Dave Wyman's home in the evening, where we will look at some of our photographs, and see what we can do with them on the iPad. It will be hands-on, fun, and informative with your own iPad, or one of the instructors' iPad.  

Who is This Trip for: Anyone who has an iPad or is interested in seeing what can be done with an iPad.

The Instructor: Dave Wyman has conducted photography workshops and natural history outings since 1984. He originated and directed the travel photography program at the University of Southern California. His pictorial guidebooks include Backroads of Northern California, Backroads of Southern California, and Yosemite in Photographs. Dave brings an unbridled passion to his photography and the Central Coast of California is one of his favorite locations, whether he's there with a camera, or riding his bike along the coast or up into the mountains. 

Mike Brody has long been an accomplished travel and nature photographer and he has shared his knowledge and love of photography in the seminars he has conducted. He early on grasped the possibilities of digital photography, and purchased the iPad soon after it was introduced. He quickly began to experiment with a variety of photographic software designed for the iPad and for  photographers.

Trip difficulty: None; conducted at a leisurely pace.

Cost: $50.
